This release includes a new feature, an enhancement, and fixes.

New feature

Workforce Planner

The Workforce Planner streamlines project management by providing a centralized view of resource availability, roles, and task assignments. It allows project managers to efficiently allocate tasks to appropriate specialists and visualize upcoming task timelines for effective planning. Simultaneously, it offers all users easy access to their current tasks and team schedules, fostering transparency and collaboration. For more information, see Workforce Planner.

Enhancement

A new filter called Scheduled has been added to My Calendar. This filter will display scheduled hours for the user. For more information, see My Calendar. (31189)

Recurring Service Contract Fixed: When a recurring service contract was initially created as monthly contract and then switched over to a yearly contract, it was still behaving as a monthly contract. (25579)
Contract Fixed: When creating or editing a ticket, contracts that expire today were not showing in the contract dropdown. (29895)
Dispatch Calendar Fixed: The Dispatch Calendar did not show all users when a search was performed for multiple users. In cases where numerous users had been assigned to different queues, the search results included only a few of them." (30665)
Finance Fixed: In case when a finance class had two child classes and one of these child classes also had a child class, the Class List Tree in the CRM > Account page was not loading all the classes. (30934)

My Calendar Fixed: Tasks in My Calendar were displaying the format "[Icon] [Task Title]" instead of "[Icon] [Starting Point] [Project Name]: [Task Title]." (30989)
My Calendar Fixed: When a task was moved within My Calendar to a different time on the user's timeline, an incorrect event badge and details were displayed. Instead of showing Scheduled Time Updated, the system incorrectly displayed Task Duration Updated. (31203)
Vorex-VSA 10 Integration Fixed: Enhancements to RMM integration have been made and exception handling has been improved. (31224)
